Nick bas been working with the Power Platform before it was known as the Power Platform (way back to Microsoft CRM version 1.0!) Nick has been engaged as a subject matter expert in over 100 Dynamics CRM/365 and Power Platform projects covering a wide range of industries and sectors. Nick is currently a independent trainer, speaker, consultant and blogger. While not working or training on Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects, Nick spends time with his wife and daughter or at the gym. Heidi Neuhauser is Director of CRM Projects at Reenhanced, a software company specializing in rescue projects. With over ten years experience in CRM, she has a wide variety of industry and product knowledge working with organizations of all sizes (from small non-profit organizations to Fortune 100 companies) to implement CRM and train end users. Heidi holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communication and is a Microsoft Certified Professional with numerous Microsoft CRM Certificates. Having spent 7 years as a CRM System Administrator on the business end, Heidi brings a unique perspective to the team. In addition to developing comprehensive training plans, she is very accomplished in project management, change management and documenting business requirements. Heidi has a notable passion for Microsoft Dynamics and it shows in every project she works on. She volunteers regularly in the CRMUG community.
